Non-Refund Policy

At TalentGlide LLC (“TalentGlide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality services and transparent business practices. To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, the following Non-Refund Policy applies to all clients who engage our services.

1. Upfront Payments Are Non-Refundable

All fees paid upfront for TalentGlide’s services—whether monthly, project-based, or otherwise—are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Early Contract Termination Within 30 Days

If a customer chooses to terminate the contract within the first 30 days of service:

  • The customer will not be eligible for a refund of any upfront payment made.
  • The customer may continue to leverage and utilize the service support included in their plan for the remainder of the 30-day period.
  • The customer will not be billed for any service fees beyond the initial 30-day period.

3. No Partial Refunds or Prorated Credits

TalentGlide does not provide partial refunds, prorated credits, or adjustments for unused service time if a customer elects to discontinue services before the 30-day period ends.

4. Cancellation After 30 Days

If a customer cancels after the initial 30-day service period:

  • Standard cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By making an upfront payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Non-Refund Policy and confirms that they understand the financial and service obligations outlined herein.
